Bringing curiosity and play to the world.
An independent London studio. Cozy games at our heart, interactive prototypes, exhibitions, and digital products everywhere else.
Beyond Tomorrow Studios is a small independent studio bringing curiosity and play to the world. Cozy games are at the heart of what we do, and from there we make interactive prototypes, exhibitions and digital products for brands, broadcasters and cultural institutions.
We started as a cozy game studio, and Sleep Swimmer is still our flagship, but we're not only a games studio. We're a small team that brings interactivity, gamification and play to the world outside of games. If a fictional idea needs a working prototype, a brand needs a play-shaped campaign, or a venue needs an installation that feels alive: we'd love a chat.
Original IP and work-for-hire across narrative, cozy, and experimental genres.
In development: Sleep Swimmer.
Game-style proof-of-concept systems that bring fictional ideas to life: broadcast emulators, gamified product demos, the works.
For ABC, Fox, Netflix, BBC.
Performant, beautifully-detailed marketing sites and bespoke product interfaces, including playable browser games.
Endless runner with VISA, The Paralympics, VaynerMedia.
Native and cross-platform applications with a designer's eye for interaction.
From tabletop prototypes to finished collectibles, with in-house fabrication.
Sleep Swimmer blind-box figures.
Installations and playful gallery experiences for cultural and brand partners.
Curating: The Longest Night.

Aria is overwhelmed by the demands of modern life. When she goes to sleep she escapes to Salamanderville, a dreamy underwater town full of salamanders, jellyfish and whales. Befriend the locals, collect sounds from around town and remix them on your DJ set to help solve their problems and weave a relaxing melodic score for Aria's dream.
"There is something relaxing about the way you float."
A line of 3D-printed collectible figures based on the residents of Salamanderville: Hugo, Kiki, Cleo, Pico and The Octopus. Sold blind-box style, with rare chase variants tucked among the regulars. Drops alongside the game.
Overconfident salamander mayor. Convinced you can fix everything.
Housebound salamander with a fear of the outside world. Pet shrimp called Zeke.
Sound-sensitive and stressed. Just trying to keep her head above water.
Grumpy shopkeeper. Suspicious of everyone.
Telepathic riddle-teller. May or may not be from outer space.

Tangibility / Worlds Colliding.
An exhibition of physical bridges into displaced worlds. Loosely inspired by the prologue of Ursula K. Le Guin's Rocannon's World, and the artefact in it that connects distant worlds, we're looking for tangible pieces you can touch, hold, or move through; pieces that suggest an entire elsewhere.
The Longest Night lives inside an active, social nighttime environment, so work needs to hold its own with that energy. Open to existing pieces and new proposals. Venue and dates shared on selection.
